Charles said he was not satisfied with the length of time it took to get his vehicle back. His vehicle was three weeks late. He was told the delay was due to a parts delay, but he checked with other businesses and they had the part in stock. He said they were giving him the run around. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. He had to call them to get updates, they did not call him. He said he was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because he never received a complete estimate. He was satisfied with the people in the front office, they directed him to the right people to speak with. He was not satisfied with the people that he was sent to speak to. He said they were not amiable or cooperative. He will not recommend this business based on this experience.
