Asad said he really likes working with Richard who is very communicative and keeps him informed. The vehicle was delayed for one week due to a part having to be sent from Germany and there was a problem with the snow. Asad said he was not concerned about the delay as it was out of their control. His only concern was getting the rental returned due to his hours of work and only having the weekend free.
