Tae said the staff at this business was great and everything they did was great. He said he was frustrated with their organization and communication. He was contacted to let him know his product was ready but when he arrived he found out they had made a mistake and it was not ready. He waited one hour longer due to their miscommunication internally. He was not kept informed since they told him his product would be ready on Friday but he never got a call from them on that day. He contacted them and found out it would be ready on Monday. He was not satisfied with the communication.
