Sumen said he had to really push them to get the work done. It was promised in 8 days, but took 2 weeks without a reason. His vehicle was not properly cleaned and it is still not properly cleaned. The insurance company warned him this business has delays, but he expected they would be quicker. He dropped his vehicle off on Monday, but did not receive the estimate until Tuesday. He was told they had too many vehicles to take care of. He could have dropped off his vehicle on Tuesday and saved the insurance company rental fees. One of the guys would take his calls, but the other one would not. He chose not to be more specific. They were not communicating with him. He would not recommend for these reasons.
