Tae said the work that was done was fine. She said she was frustrated with the notification she received when her vehicle would be ready. They waited until the last minute to contact her to let her know she could pick up her vehicle. They gave a 20 minute call before they closed. It is hard to get off work in time to get the vehicle before they close. More advance notice is needed. They had changed the estimated time at the last minute. She would not have minded waiting a few days longer as long as she had been given advance notice and not at the last minute. She suggested their communication could be improved.
