Spoke with David. He said they did not get their vehicle back when promised. This business did not factor in the extra time it would take for them to paint their vehicle as well as remove the windows before they could paint it. As a result, his wife had to keep her rental car longer than she expected. The insurance company did not factor in the extra cost for the rental car as well. When they got their vehicle back they noticed 2 slits in the leather beneath the driver side window. The business attempted to repair this damage, but he and his wife were not happy with the results. The business ended up ordering a new leather panel to replace the existing one that was damaged. They were happy with the new panel and new work that was done. However, as a result of what they experienced they will not be recommending this business to others.
