Katheryn said when she picked up her vehicle the exterior looked fine. The interior was coated with prints, dust, and dirt on everything left by an employee. They did not even clean anything out of it. They spent an extra 3 days on it, and all 3 days they gave her the same reason. It was still being painted, getting a deep clean, and waiting for the paint to dry. They kept telling her it was not ready and they were going back and forth. She did get emails and texts, but when she telephoned for follow ups, they told her they would telephone her back in 30 minutes. They never returned her telephone calls, she always had to be the one to contact them. She would recommend them but only based on their work.
