Jabari said Suzy went above and beyond. She was outstanding, paid attention to detail, and treated him like a valued customer. She was wonderful and kept him updated. The manager was detailed, patient, answered his questions, made sure he understood the answers and multi-tasked for him. They gave excellent customer service. Everybody was attentive, polite, respectful and wonderful. His vehicle took longer than expected because of a parts delay, additional damage and waiting on the adjuster, but he has no complaints. He found a scratch on the top of the sun roof that was not there before. It looked like somebody dropped something on it, but the bumper looks good. He will definitely go back to them, and has not received this much attention and quality of service since he has lived in the area.
