Spoke with Pamela. She said the vehicle was dropped off on Friday morning to have the windshield replaced and the work was completed the same day. When she picked the vehicle up she noticed the windshield was scratched and it would have to be replaced. She was supposed to bring the vehicle back on Monday. She noticed a piece of plastic had not been secured and it had to be removed when they changed the windshield. Carlos had made a note of the problem with the staff and he wanted to make sure the piece was secured on the vehicle. On Monday when she arrived to pick up the vehicle she noticed the plastic had not been secured. She had to wait an hour to make sure the part was available in the parts department. The vehicle was not ready on time for the above reasons.
