Anthony said the business had his vehicle for over two months and the repairs still are not finished. They had him come pick up his vehicle until the arm rest for the door came in. He was supposed to receive a call and still is waiting on it a month and a half later. They lost the valve stems to his tires and the remote to his gate at his home. He does not remember being given a promise date but the business is still not finished with his vehicle. He was not satisfied with the communication because it has been a month and a half since anyone from the business has spoken with him regarding the repair. He would also like to know about reimbursement for the replacement of his remote to his home gate.
