Bianca said the customer service was okay. She had to keep calling the business to find out about her vehicle. Her vehicle was 3 weeks late because the delivery of the door took longer than expected. She received text messages with a single line of text telling her that her vehicle is still being worked on. She would have preferred a person to call her and talk to her about her vehicle and is somewhat satisfied with the communication.
