Had a great experience as a repeat customer ( this is the second new car I have bought from Ron Everett of Chaplains in 2 years). My husband bought a car at the near by Honda dealership after I bought my first new car and the experience was sub par. I knew then that Chaplains excellence in customer service is what we have become accustomed to and it's what keeps us coming back.
