outstanding service
Chad Varner made the experience of buying a new car easy enjoyable - he had a wealth of knowledge. Always nice and pleasant to deal with takes car of all concerns and makes it feel like its a family environment.

Great Service and a great sales team
I've had a lease from Chaplin's VW for over a year and a half and got a new one last week. Both Vasco (my sales contact from my first lease) and Chad who helped me with my new lease were amazing and gave me a great deal for my new VW. Chad went the extra mile to ensure that I got everything I wanted and got me the exact car I was looking for (color, trim and the little details inside)

I would definitely recommend Chaplin's VW if you're on the lookout for a new VW. They're a pleasure to work with both for sales and after sales service

You guys rock!
Courteous and fast service, we were able to get the car in and out in a way that minimally impacted our schedules. And, Aaron (consultant) was polite (as usual). Before I met the folks at Chaplin's, I had absolutely refused to ever get my car serviced at a dealership. These guys are priced reasonably and are worth every penny.

Quick and efficient service
Top notch and fast service as usual. Best part is that it only cost me $16 to fix my flat tire, and that included a car wash! I think I am going to pop my tire every week so I can get my car washed :-)
