Gertlene said her vehicle was in the business for a month and a half. The staff would tell her one thing one day and another thing another day. She got the impression that they did not know what they were doing. They kept changing the reason for the delay and started blaming each other. Her estimate was handled through the insurance company. The business did not stay in touch with her and she kept having to call in. She chose not to evaluate the quality of the repair because she just got the vehicle back and it seems to her that the idle is up too high. She would not recommend them to others over the issues already mentioned.
