Spoke with Geneva. She said her husband had no issues. The quality of repair was fine, but one of the headlights that was replaced is not pointing in the right direction and needs to be aligned. She said she believes her husband is taking the vehicle to the dealership for this. The repair was four days later and they were told the vehicle was still in paint. Her husband had to call them on Monday on the status. When they picked up the vehicle they were told of additional charges that had to be paid for by the insurance, but she and Timmothy should have known about this on the original estimate. For this reasons she is not completely satisfied with the communication. The rental experience with Enterprise was horrible and they had to wait all day for a rental vehicle. She said she does not think she will be returning and would not recommend them over the reasons already mentioned.
