Spoke with Lateshia. She said her vehicle was not ready when originally told. They had it an additional 2 or 3 days and did not give a reason for the delay. She claimed she had to contact the supervisor to get compensation for additional rental vehicle charges. She chose to bring her vehicle to this business because it was the closest location on the list of preferred options.
