Spoke with Elaine. She said she wasn't really pleased with this business or the way they handled the process. This business told her it would only take 3 days to repair her vehicle, but it took 9 days because this business was waiting for her to authorize the work, but they never contacted her. She said it is customary for the insurance company to give the approval and not the customer, but even so this business should have made an effort to get in touch with her. She said the whole experience was an inconvenience and it was costly. She only rented a vehicle for 3 days because she thought her vehicle would be ready. Shedid not have a vehicle to get to and from work. She said she would not recommend this business based on the lack of communication and because they dropped the ball.
