Jeremy said this business took longer than he expected to fix the vehicle. The work took two and a half weeks longer than promised because the part they ordered was messed up when it arrived and it had to be reordered. He was not kept informed at all, they only called to tell him when to pick his vehicle up. He contacted this business to find out what was causing the delay and they told him about the parts delay. He hardly had any communication with this business.
