David said he rated his overall experience a 3 because of the time frame and some of the quality of the repair causing him to go back. He was satisfied with the repair regarding the damaged area but they replaced the mirror assembly on the passenger's side and by the time he got home, it was hanging. He called them and they tried to walk him through but he didn't want to break it because he had to apply pressure. He had to drive back 165 miles for this and asked to be compensated for gas but was told the person who makes that decision was on vacation and so far he has not heard anything from them. The repair was not ready when promised, they kept changing the dates and had to keep changing his schedule 3 times. Each time they would put in their computer that the repair was ready but he would call and was told that it wasn't ready because of parts delayed and his insurance would contact him asking why he hadn't picked up his vehicle and why was he still driving their rental. David stated that the facility would not update their records each time they changed the ready time and because of this, he was not satisfied with the communication. He would recommend this facility if they were able to estimate a more specific ready time and to update they computer information correctly.
