Janis said there was a piece that was missing from her air conditioner and she had to drive around with out air, which was fine. But when she had to bring it back in because of their neglect she felt they should have gotten her a rental vehicle.

There was not a part missing from Ms. Jarret's vehicle. There was a broken high pressure sensor that did not fail until 2 months after the vehicle was initially completed. Her insurance company came to the shop to verify sensor failure and part was ordered and replaced within 48 hrs.
