Keith said his vehicle was held at this business for awhile and they never called to tell him what was going on. He ended up having to call the business.

Keith was'nt sure at first if he wanted to repair because of it being a big job and cost. After he approved repair a few days later we were very busy and had scheduled alot of work. Explained that more work might be needed once we got into it. He approved if other parts were nedded. He stated he would need truck back the following tuesday. Which we did finish tuesday and he called that day while we were finishing it to check on it. We would have called when it was done that day. Not sure why we needed to call to tell him we were still expecting to have it finished tuesday.
