Service department gives up on you and doesn't want to see you anymore when they can't "duplicate" the problem. Very sad, frustrating and disappointing!!!

Thank you for responding to the survey.  I will tell you with 100% certainly that your statement "it's like they're done with me" couldn't be farther from the truth.  We are all more than happy to help you anyway we can.   I personally drove your vehicle 11 miles trying to get any abnormal noise from the brake system and could not do so.  I apologize that I was unable to ride with you when you arrived as I was already with a customer and could not leave her until her concern was resolved.  Myself and every employee at Frank Kent Hyundai want to solve any issue you have with your vehicle and are dedicated to give it and you the time it requires to do so.  I am out of the office this Wednesday 4-12-17 otherwise I am here everyday from 7:00 am till at least 5:00 pm.  Please let me know when you would like to meet so I can make sure that I am available specifically for you to address your vehicle issues.
