"Great service, great people"
We had our 18-wheeler break down in Eldon, MO and they towed us over 20 miles to the shop, they attempted to get us out by the next day but through no fault of theirs they were unable to. Fedex shipped a part late as well as damaged it in shipping - Garber went out of their way to get us another undamaged part and worked late as well as coming in on Saturday to get us back on the road!! We would recommend them to anyone that needs repairs. They are very professional and stand by their word! Thank you so much for what you did for us. BC & C Enterprises - James and Barbara

"18-wheeler break down"

Thanks for the good grade!
Yes, we had hoped the job to go faster also. That problem with the "custom" A/C bracket that had damaged the pulley was completely unexpected by any of us.

Mr. Mahurin,
We're sorry that you feel that you were overcharged. Perhaps we did a poor job of explaining all that was involved in the repairs on your motorhome.
There is no labor guide to make estimates or quotes beforehand on motorhomes. In this type of situation, we are restricted to actual time plus required parts.
As you know, the manufacturer of you motorhome is no longer in business and there is no current supplier for many of the parts. To locate a condensor fan, we had to get as much information as possible and compare it to units available today. Once we had a fan assembly that most closely matched the original, it still had to have custom mounting and be wired to the chassis wiring harness.

Josh said 2 out of the 4 things this business fixed are no longer fixed. He paid them $250 to fix his jake brake, but as soon as he went down 1 hill the jake brake stopped working. He also noted they fixed a leak, but he found that his vehicle is still leaking. As a result of all this he will not recommend others to them.

Mr. Wilson,

Thank you for responding to our review. We regret that your driver was not satisfied with the service received.
I have reviewed the service on your 1992 Peterbilt and spoken with the technician that performed the service. At the time the truck left our facility, the jake brakes were working normally during a test drive and all other requested repairs appeared to meet the drivers approval.
The driver appeared to be agitated due to the time required for the repairs and chose not to have all of the air leaks repaired due to time.
Please be aware that all of our repairs are guaranteed. If there is a concern, please contact us and we will correct any issues related to the original repairs.
