Barbara said it took a long time to get her vehicle back, a month or so, because they kept finding additional damage, and had to order parts. She stated they didn't promise her a time when she would get her vehicle back, but initially told her she might get it back in a week or week and a half. She was concerned she would have to pay out of pocket for a rental at the end, but her insurance ran out for one day, and the rental business didn't charge her for that day.
