Samantha said they had to order 4 bumpers before they got a good one. She has to go back when the taillight comes in. The bumper was damaged so it was 4 days later than promised. It had to be reordered and she had to go back for it. They had her vehicle a week and a half. She suggested they file a complaint or order from somewhere else after they got a bad bumper a second time.

Jason said this is the second time this facility has repaired this vehicle. They did a great job on it the first time. He is sure they did a good job this time but he has not seen the vehicle. It was repaired within one day. His wife picked the vehicle up so he was unsure if they explained the repairs.

Lakeisha said she had issues with this business trying to give her vehicle back without it working properly. The tint was ripped off the window. When she asked them to put the tint back on, they did not believe that the tint was on there in the first place, and made her show them pictures. Finally, Ricky, the Progressive Insurance agent talked them into doing it. She has an appointment to take the vehicle back to get it done. Initially she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair but now she is. Her window got hit and the mirror was damaged and was dangling. The police officer informed her she could not drive with the mirror like that so she took it off and put it in the console. The business did not initially fix it. They did not believe the damage was done during the accident. Ricky, the insurance agent, spoke with the manager and said he would pay for the mirror. The business ended up fixing it. The vehicle was delayed by five days because it did not want to start. Initially she was kept adequately informed but then toward the end, she was not. She kept calling them to check on the progress. She has not returned to the business yet due to problems with the repair but she will go back Friday to get the window tinted. They did not explain what repairs were done, they gave her a printout only.

Spoke with Chelse. She said the staff got her in quickly and they kept her up to date. They were helpful. The repair was supposed to be done in four days but it took ten. The staff explained about the part they were waiting on but they did not explain the repair.
