Sylvester said this business did a great job and he has gotten a lot of compliments on his vehicle. He had to return to this business to have the bumper guard installed. A new one was ordered and he has received a telephone call for the installation. Otherwise, the repair was great. Once the striping is installed the whole bumper will look new.

Laveren said the staff took their time and did a good job. They worked with her and her husband's schedule. They were very nice, friendly and professional. Their vehicle was delivered a little later than promised. Some of that was due to them and some to the repair facility. When they picked their vehicle up, they told them if their vehicle needed anything else, to let them know.

Alesandro said they could have been more thorough with the inspection. His vehicle was returned with the taillight out on the driver side. It would have been nice if the repairs were planned so that the rental vehicle could have been returned sooner. It was an out of pocket expense for him.

Erica said she was not given a promise of time. They would keep calling her to add additional days they needed to complete the repairs. They explained that they had to take it to another business to help with the work. The tire pressure gauge is still coming on in the mornings but goes away by afternoon.
