Bonita said her vehicle was towed so she was not offered text or e-mail updates. She was out of the country when her vehicle was repaired so she does not know if they went over the repairs. She did not have any issues with the service and she would recommend them to others.

Renee said the guys were up front and honest. They answered all her questions. They were not trying to make her see something that was not there. If there are any stumbling blocks or if they can not do something, they let her know in advance.

Juan said the experience was pretty good with this business. The customer service is good and the quality of work is good. He had to return with his vehicle to this facility for some minor issues which were immediately resolved. He has no complaints about this business.

Tony said the body work was okay. The vehicle looks great. He assumed the alignment would be fixed but it was not. They kept him updated every chance they had. They told him it would be ready in 3 days but it took close to 2 weeks. At first, they did not check everything that was wrong. It was purely an exterior inspection. They told him they did not know if there was any structural damage, but when they opened it up, they would know for sure. They found a lot more issues, and had to order parts. When the parts came in, they were the wrong parts.

Robert said the service was excellent but from the time he was originally seen to the time he could get his vehicle in to be repaired, it was about 3 weeks. They did everything they said they were going to do and kept him well informed.

Mitchell said this business did a pretty good job on his vehicle and the personnel were nice. They explained exactly what they were going to do to his vehicle step by step and how they were going to do it. His vehicle was delayed by 2 days because they were waiting on parts. One of the parts still has not come in so he will be taking the vehicle back when it does.

Frank said he was satisfied with his experience but when they called that the vehicle was ready, they did a quick wash job and the inside was not touched at all. It was his understanding that they were taking care of this. He was told it would take 2 to 3 days and the vehicle was ready ahead of schedule.

Beate said it looks great and everything's fine but it took longer than expected. Her check engine light came on. It was pretty okay. It ended up being a bit longer than expected and it was a few days more. The rental agency charged her more money. It took about a week to realize that a door needs to be changed.

Chianti said the bumper was not fixed correctly and there were black marks and handprints all over the inside of the vehicle. She did return because of the bumper but it was still not fixed. She would not recommend them because they left dirty marks.

The bumper, that was ordered for her vehicle, would not fit correctly. It was a bad mold. We sent a picture of it to the vendor-they agreed- and we have received a new bumper. We will be replacing the imperfect bumper and this should resolve the problem.
