Evelyn said that Betty, her representative, was very rude to her. She said she did not like the fact that Betty brought her children to work and allowed them to be in their conversation and look at her paperwork. She was not happy with the quality of the repair because it looked like they started to paint the wrong side. When she brought this to Betty's attention, she was asked why she just didn't tell her. As a teacher, she understands it is sometimes difficult to find a babysitter in the summertime, but the business should make sure the children aren't involved in a conversation with the customer, which is not professional. For these reasons, she won't recommend this business.
