Melissa said the business provided rude and horrible service. She was not given a promised date but the business had her vehicle for almost two months because they found additional damages. She was not kept adequately informed as she had to call in to check if her vehicle was ready. They had no explanation for her engine light being on after she received her vehicle. They also would not call her back and did not want to take care of the service engine light. There was constant confusion with the handling of the payment as they would not return her vehicle to her because they said the insurance company had not paid them the full amount of money owed for the labor. The only explanation given for the engine light is that it would flash for service only up to 50 miles. She would not recommend this business for these reasons.
