Kriss said he bought this vehicle brand new at this business' affiliated dealership. When the vehicle was delivered there was a dent in the left rear quarter panel. He said the dents were repaired fine but there were swirls in the paint and the color did not match the original color. There were 2 spots where the paint was pitted and this business failed to repair them. Kriss spent 6 hours buffing over spray on his vehicle. He was very pleased with the representative named Wayne but there was no other communication with this business other than that. Wayne gave him excellent care and kept trying to help him out. Kriss said he felt like he bought a used vehicle because when one buys a new vehicle it is expected not to have flaws.
