Gaudalupe said when she dropped her vehicle off for service, the receptionist was helpful. This business did not keep her informed during the repairs. On her last day of service, she contacted them and they told her they were keeping it for one more day because they found additional damages. When she picked the vehicle up, they gave her the keys and told her to contact them if she has any questions. Since she was only supposed to have the rental vehicle for three days, she asked them if they notified the insurance company about the extra day. They told her they would and the insurance would email her the receipt. She still has not received the receipt. She would not recommend them over the reason already stated.
