Kari said her vehicle looks spectacular. She has to return because something is going on in the back of the vehicle. However, it doesn't have anything to do with the repair. She really liked talking to Buddy. She wasn't given a promised a time. She had to call the business herself to get updates, which wasn't there fault. Her vehicle was brand new so she was getting nervous so she called. When she got in the accident the vehicle was only 1.5 weeks old.
