Ruben said his vehicle was not fully fixed. He brought his vehicle into the business because the light was not working and the business said it was repaired. He noticed that there were not any wires leading to the light and does not know why the business did not catch it. There were no bolts on his hood to hold it in place. There was no promised time given. He did not receive any phone calls until the vehicle was ready to be picked up. He did not have any contact with the person that prepared his estimate. He would not recommend the business because of the reasons stated. He said the staff needs to think about the customers safety.
