Wadea said they never responded to his phone calls. He received a text message stating his vehicle was ready. When he arrived to pick up his vehicle, he was told the text message was sent to the wrong person. The vehicle was delayed a week, because the parts were late. In the beginning of the repair process, he had to call the business for updates, but they never answered the phone, nor returned his calls. He started tenting them and at that time they started sending updates for his vehicle through text messaging. The insurance company handled the estimate. He wasn't satisfied with the way he was treated because the lady that was supposed to assist him never contacted him.
