Clint said his vehicle was there because his bumper was misaligned and the driver's seat in his vehicle was squeaking. They fixed the bumper but did not address the issue with his seat at all and he was not happy with that. There was not an estimate given for his vehicle, he just had it there to have these issues addressed after he had purchased it in October. Derek, an employee, had excellent customer service skills, and the problem was not with him but the other employees working on his vehicle.
