Natalie said she wasn't satisfied with this experience because she had to take the vehicle back twice, and the whole process took 23 days. The first time she received the vehicle the hood looked horrible so she had them take it back to redo the hood. She was originally told the whole repair would take a week and it took 23 days longer because she had to take it back, and because one of the guys at this business somehow damaged the parts they received for her vehicle so they had to reorder the parts. Due to having to bring the vehicle back, and the amount of time they had her vehicle, she would not recommend this business to others. She did comment when they went back and fixed all the problem areas she pointed out the vehicle looks great, but they still haven't fixed her driver's side headlight so she will have to go back a third time.

Unfortunately on this vehicle delays were incurred due to the nature of repairs. In addition to the insurance work there were some warranty issues, and service work performed concurrently which created another problem. We did our best to satisfy the customer in the long run, and will do whatever is necessary to correct the moisture in the headlight problem.
