Paramjit said the business returned the vehicle to him and he realized the key was not adjusting to the ignition as it was sticking. They advised him to take it back to Honda since they did not have the correct parts to address the issue. They told him they would send over the report before the accident but have yet to do so. He has left two messages for the business with no phone call back. The vehicle was three days late but he did not elaborate as to why. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the estimator the way he was treated or the communication, but did not elaborate. He will not recommend them due to this experience.

We repaired the front bumper on this vehicle. the ignition problem was not related to the accident, therefore the insurance company would not pay to repair the problem. He was waiting for a police report which the Body Shop has no control over. The vehicle was repaired for the customer using the insurance company estimate. The estimator handling the claim does not work for Lone Star Chevrolet Collision Center.
