Paulino said that the repairs turned out alright and he appreciated the option of getting text and email updates. He has noticed a scratch on the bumper that was not there before the repairs were performed. The repairs took an extra day due to the business having to order an additional part. He was not informed that the time frame was an estimated time of completion and had to pay for an extra day for his rental vehicle. He stated that when he went to the business to discuss the delivery time the receptionist, Betty, was rude and short with him.
