Edward said that Betty was great with her follow-up and help to him. He had the original estimate prepared at another business but it was honored at this business with minimal changes. When he picked up his vehicle he noticed that the tires were low but it could have been because the tires were new. He reiterated that Betty should be praised for all the help she gave him.
