Ashley said the business was not the best, but they were not the worst. Her bumper was not properly placed on. They told her it was because another part of her vehicle was not on right. They were a day late with her vehicle, and did not explain to her the reason for the delay. They did not keep her informed during the repair so, she had to call them, to get updates on her vehicle. Her estimator was great.
