Spoke with Cynthia. She said this business took a long time to repair her vehicle. They had her vehicle for a month, even though they originally told her the repair would take 9 days. She does not know why they delayed the repair, and when she got the vehicle back she found that the paint they used on the front bumper does not match the original. She called them about a week before she would have received the vehicle to ask them when she would get her vehicle back. They told her that her vehicle would be ready at the end of they day, but her vehicle would be ready for another week. Since they took such a long time to repair he vehicle she had to pay $600 for her rental vehicle. She ended up returning the rental early because it was costing her too much. As a result of all of this she would not recommend them to others and she will never use them again.
