Amy said she has a leak in the seal around the window that was supposed to be repaired. She will address with the business on Monday, a few areas of the paint. She was not satisfied with the repairs because of reasons already stated. Her vehicle was a week later than promised. She is unsure as to why. She was not satisfied with the communication because the text messages are vague and do not explain the process the vehicle was in. She had to keep calling to get updates.
