Sivan said that she was told the repairs on her Kia would take three days, but it took a week and a half due to parts delays. It was very trying for 3 people to manage with only one vehicle. She was not completely satisfied with their communication because she had to phone the business often to ask about the vehicle's progress. Up on the board in the facility, there is a list of steps that vehicles go through. So, she stated she knows someone was supposed to contact her. They did not contact her until the last day. The personnel did apologize and explain the delays. She understands the delays were not their fault. Sivan is more than satisfied with the lady at the front desk who did the initial paperwork. She did not get to meet the person who finished up her vehicle. She recommends the business because the fact that delays happened to her Kia doesn't mean delays would happen to other vehicles.
