Elizabeth said they were professional. They answered her phone calls and all the questions she had. She said her vehicle was a half a day late due to a parts issue. She said she did all of the calling to find out what was going on during the repair. They didn't call her until it was time to pick up her vehicle. She was satisfied with the way she was kept informed. It was easier for her to call them, because she has a busy schedule.
