Jane said it was a day late and they didn’t call her. On Friday they told her it would take 3 days. She dropped off her vehicle on Monday morning, which should have meant that the vehicle would be ready late Wednesday. She did not receive a call and when she phoned on Wednesday to find out when she could pick up the vehicle they told her it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. She said she was leaving town on Thursday and she had to rush them along to get it ready in time. Everyone was courteous, but he should have called her. She would recommend this business and she will use them again.
