Dianna requested Brenden, this business's manager, call her. She stated Betty, the person who helped her with everything, told her yesterday she would have Brenden call her about getting the $21.99 back for an extra day for a rental, because having the rental for an extra day was this business's fault. Dianna did not rate her experience with this business higher, because of the following. This business would not release her vehicle to her because her insurance company hadn't paid them. Diana understood this, and called her insurance company. The insurance company overnighted a check to this business, but when she called this business they kept telling her the check hadn't arrived. Diana kept calling this business, and her insurance company, about the payment. Her insurance company told Dianna they had confirmation, and gave her the name of the person at this business who signed for the check. Dianna called this business she gave them the name of the person who signed for the check. They called Dianna back at 5:30 PM to tell her she could pick up her vehicle. When she asked them about the check, she was told it was sent to the wrong department. Because this business called her at 5:30 PM Dianna had to pay for that day's rental. She told this business she wanted the $21.99 back, because they had the check, but called her too late in the day to pick up her vehicle, and return the rental. Brenden told Dianna to get the extra day's rental from her insurance company. Dianna called Betty, and told her they needed to reimburse her, not her insurance company, because having the rental for another day wasn't her fault. When she spoke with Betty yesterday about the above, she said Brenden would call her back, but he hasn't. Dianna pointed out she's getting the run around. She doesn't know if her vehicle was ready when promised, because of the insurance company not paying this business on time.
