Bobby said that it took longer for him to get his vehicle back and the communication was not great. His vehicle was 1 week late, because they received a damaged part and had to ship that part back and wait for a replacement. He mentioned he was the one to call and they would return his calls. He said that he wished that they would have called him first.

I would have to agree with Bobby, as his Camaro rear body panel was put on a back-order status at GM. We also had an advisor out on vacation at time of drop-off, so the hand-off from the original advisor to the person handling that account was unforyunately not as smooth as it should have been. We have corrected the communication problem.
