Spoke with Tracy. She said it took a day an a half longer than promised. She does not know the reason for the delay. She added that they did not keep her informed and there was lack of communication. They told her after the repairs were done they would bring her vehicle to the service department. They didn't do as promised and she had to bring it in herself. She would not recommend this business for the above reasons. She said she hates this business and will not deal with them again.
