Mike said he's been to this business in the past, and they gave him everything he needed. Keeping him adequately informed and this business' communication were fair. Even though they told him what repairs they thought needed to be done, they were supposed to call him about the repairs before they fixed his vehicle. No one called. He had to contact them. Mike mentioned the person he initially spoke with about the above didn't tell the person who took over to call him. Instead of calling him to confirm the repairs they were going to do they just fixed his vehicle, and let him know when it was ready.
