Jeremiah said this has been a very, very, very horrible experience. He has had to take his vehicle back to this business three times now for several things. The first time was because they left greasy handprints and his rear rocket panel had a paint line. The second time was because his air conditioner was not working and now because his pillar has been scratched and a list of other items he chose not to elaborate on. Jeremiah said he is a very forgiving person but since his vehicle is brand new and only has 2,500 miles on it, he is not satisfied with the poor quality of work. Jim has been very helpful and very understanding to him and has provided good customer service. He was originally told two and a half weeks but he waited an additional week and a half because of a door that had to be reordered. He would not recommend them to others because of the reasons mentioned. He wishes they would do a better job for other customers.
