Dean said he did not rate his overall experience with this business higher than a 4 because of the following. He stated he had to have this business take another look at the door they painted, because it didn't look right. He remarked they had to resand and repaint the door. Dean pointed out he got his vehicle back a day late, but wasn't given a reason for the delay. He added he never asked them the reason for the delay, but it could have been because they had to redo the above work.
